MySynapz began with a personal journey: that of Joy, its founder, and her search for better mental balance. Through her explorations of nutrition, well-being and self-understanding, a belief took shape: the brain deserves a place of its own in our care routines.
This experience inspired her to share a structured, accessible approach that respects each person’s pace. An approach connecting scientific knowledge, nutrition and observation of personal experiences, helping people better understand their everyday needs.

How are our formulas developed?
Our formulas are co-developed with a pharmacist specialising in naturopathy and the R&D team of a specialised French laboratory. Each composition is designed as a whole: ingredients, dosages and combinations are developed together, with complementarity and synergy in mind.
This approach uses the available scientific literature to build an overall response to the different dimensions of a single concern. Our protocols follow the same logic, combining several supplement courses around related needs.
Made in France: what does double quality control mean?
Our supplement courses are developed and manufactured in France. We chose double quality control: raw materials are analysed upon receipt, then each batch of finished products undergoes microbiological analysis after production.
These two stages allow ingredients to be checked before use and finished products to be checked before release.
Why did we choose this laboratory for safety and traceability?
We chose a specialised French laboratory working towards ISO 22000 certification. This international standard defines the requirements for a food safety management system, including identifying and controlling risks throughout manufacturing.
This choice reflects our commitment to rigorous manufacturing and product tracking. Formula documentation and batch traceability allow us to trace the ingredients used and the finished products. Certification is in progress.
What choices do we make for our compositions?
We prioritise compositions without unnecessary additives, with ingredients selected for their quality, traceability and how well they work together. Ingredients, dosages, directions and precautions are detailed on each product page.
How do we support you beyond supplements?
Taking a supplement course also means being able to track how you feel. The MySynapz app turns your experiences into indicators you can follow: mental energy, concentration and sleep. Daily check-ins and your journal keep a record of your experience. From your Day 0 baseline to your Day 30 assessment, you can see how they change and review your routine.
