Synergistic formulation

We begin each formulation by identifying a main physiological axis: stress modulation , cognitive support , mental clarity and performance , mental energy and endurance , sleep quality and falling asleep ...
Once this objective is determined, we select a core group of main active ingredients whose mechanisms of action are complementary. For example, a formula dedicated to cognitive performance may combine a nootropic that promotes neurotransmission , an adaptogen that modulates the stress response, and a nutrient essential for neuronal energy synthesis.

One pillar of our approach is understanding metabolic pathways and biochemical interactions between ingredients. We study pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, synergies of action and possible antagonisms. This analysis helps us optimise dosages, select absorbable forms and avoid ineffective combinations.
Our aim is optimal absorption. Some ingredients improve the cellular transport of others, while others modulate their duration of action. By thoughtfully combining adaptogens, nootropics, medicinal mushrooms, vitamins and minerals, we seek complementarity between ingredients. This combination alone does not demonstrate greater effectiveness than the ingredients taken individually.

Each formula is also designed for optimal tolerance. By avoiding underdosing or unnecessary additions, and selecting strictly functional excipients, the risks of interaction or adverse effects are limited.
We consider synergy with regular use in mind: our supplement courses fit into your daily routine. The app lets you track your experiences and how they change over time; this personal tracking is not a clinical measure of the effectiveness of a formula.
