The ingredients in our formulas

Mushrooms, plants, vitamins, minerals… Explore the ingredients in our formulas and their roles, category by category. Each has been selected for the available scientific evidence, its quality and its role in the overall formula. Open a category to view its ingredients.

Champignons fonctionnels

Cordyceps

Adaptogenic mushroom. Improves oxygen utilization and enhances ATP (cellular energy) production efficiency in the mitochondria.

Lion’s Mane

Contains hericenones and erinacines, compounds studied for their role in supporting the production of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), essential for neuronal maintenance and regeneration.

Reishi

Adaptogenic mushroom. Contains triterpenoids and polysaccharides that modulate the immune response and act on stress signaling pathways to promote calm.

Plantes & extraits végétaux

Ashwagandha KSM-66®

Adaptogenic plant. Its withanolides regulate signaling pathways involved in the stress response (HPA axis), modulating cortisol release.

Bacopa Monnieri

Its active compounds, bacosides, enhance synaptic transmission and have antioxidant properties that help protect nerve cells.

Eleuthero

Adaptogenic plant. Helps the body adapt to stress and supports overall bodily functions without causing overstimulation.

Eschscholzia

Relaxing plant. Acts by modulating the GABAergic system, the brain’s main inhibitory system, helping to reduce nervous excitability.

Guarana

Acts as an adenosine antagonist (the sleepiness molecule), thereby stimulating the nervous system. Guarana is a highly concentrated natural source.

Rhodiola

Adaptogenic plant. Its active compounds (rosavins and salidrosides) modulate the stress response (HPA axis), supporting energy balance during periods of high demand.

Valerian

Relaxing plant. Interacts with the GABAergic system, promoting relaxation and helping inhibit excessive nervous activity.

Vitamines & minéraux

Iodine

Essential trace element. Fundamental for the synthesis of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4), which regulate basal metabolism.

Magnesium

Essential mineral. Cofactor in over 300 reactions, crucial for ATP production and the regulation of nervous excitability.

Vitamin B1

Essential coenzyme for carbohydrate metabolism, playing a crucial role in the conversion of glucose into energy (ATP).

Vitamin B2

Coenzyme (FAD/FMN) essential for redox reactions and cellular respiration (energy production).

Vitamin B3

Precursor of the coenzymes NAD/NADP. Plays a key role in ATP production and in DNA repair processes.

Vitamin B5

Key component of Coenzyme A (CoA), essential for macronutrient metabolism and the synthesis of steroid hormones.

Vitamin B6

Essential coenzyme in amino acid metabolism. Crucial for the synthesis of key neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, GABA).

Vitamin B9

Essential coenzyme for nucleotide synthesis (DNA and RNA) and cell division.

Vitamin B12

Crucial for DNA synthesis and for maintaining the integrity of the myelin sheath surrounding nerves.

Vitamin C

Antioxidant vitamin. Essential for normal collagen formation and for iron absorption.

Vitamin D3

Sun-synthesized vitamin. Essential for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Zinc

Essential trace element. Powerful antioxidant and enzymatic cofactor. Involved in immune system regulation and cellular metabolism.

Acides aminés & acides gras

L-Tyrosine

Amino acid precursor. Building block of essential neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine, as well as thyroid hormones.

DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) & EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid)

Fundamental components of cell membranes. DHA is essential for nervous tissue. They are precursors to regulatory (anti-inflammatory) molecules.

Autres composés nutritionnels

CDP-Choline

Source of choline, an essential precursor for the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine (cell membrane) and acetylcholine (a key neurotransmitter for memory).

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine

Amino acid derivative. Transports fatty acids into the mitochondria for energy production. Has a strong ability to cross into nervous tissue.

L-Theanine

Amino acid. Modulates GABA activity (inhibitory) and promotes the production of alpha brain waves, inducing relaxation without drowsiness.
